The artist Andrey Ustinov moved from Russia to Germany, where he now lives and works as an artist. He told to Anna Matveeva, a journalist of Russian art magazine “Artguide”, how is organized the art education in Germany, how and on what the European artists live, why the term “emigration” is no longer valid, and why “money” is probably a most interesting subject for artists.
